➡️ One hand slightly forward and one hand slightly back
➡️ Alternate hand positions each set
➡️ Keep your body straight throughout
➡️ Follow the diagram provided
(Each full push-up counts as 1 rep)

➡️ Controlled reps only
➡️ No half reps
