💪 Challenge:
3 Sets of 12–16 Diamond Push-Ups
➡️ Start in a high plank position
➡️ Place your hands close together beneath your chest, forming a diamond shape with your thumbs and index fingers
➡️ Lower your chest with control while keeping your elbows close to your body
➡️ Press back up to the starting position
➡️ Follow the demonstration video
(Each full Diamond Push-Up counts as 1 rep)
⚠️ Form Standard:
➡️ Maintain a straight body line throughout the movement
➡️ Lower your chest with control
➡️ Fully extend your arms at the top
➡️ Keep your hands in the diamond position
➡️ No half reps
