🔥 Day 360 – Arena Workout Challenge: Squat Pulses 🔥
Strength. Endurance. Burn. 💥
💪 Challenge:
3 Sets of 20–25 Squat Pulses
➡️ Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
➡️ Lower into a squat until your thighs are nearly parallel to the floor
➡️ Stay low and pulse up and down a few inches without standing fully upright
➡️ Keep your chest up and core engaged throughout the movement
➡️ Follow the demonstration video
(Each pulse counts as 1 rep.)
⚠️ Form Standard:
➡️ Keep your heels flat on the floor
➡️ Maintain a low squat position throughout the set
➡️ Pulse only a few inches up and down
➡️ Keep your knees aligned with your toes
➡️ No half reps
