Well this tournament ended differently than expected. I lost both times to some of the best pullers in Texas and it wasn't even close ๐Ÿ˜… So I made sure I pulled more afterwards to understand what went wrong and what I need to improve on. Sometime, things don't go our way no matter how hard we prepare for the battle. Lick you wounds and learn from the loss.

The largest Arm Wrestling tournament in Texas is happening today. I will be pulling in the tier 1 super heavyweight division, right arm only. It always amazes me how different rich boomers think. Told one I'm a professional arm wrestler and his first question was, "does it bring in a good living?" I responded "it brings in a good time with my family." He responded with "so...no." Brother, I have 5 beautiful kids and a loving wife that travels the country with me. I feel like the richest man alive. I don't need to be a CEO on my 4th marriage to "be rich" Time is the most precious currency imaginable. Spend it on the ones you love.

I didn't want to do it at all๐Ÿซฃ Today the gym was not about strength๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ It wasn't about power ๐Ÿ”ฅ The workout didn't give me focus๐Ÿ‹โ€โ™€๏ธ My sweat didn't feel good๐Ÿ˜ฅ I knew my body was fighting with me the whole time๐Ÿซ Time went on โฒ๏ธ My body moved๐Ÿฆฟ I felt more relaxed ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ My mind was distracted in a good way๐Ÿง  Today the weights work out I completed was therapy ๐Ÿ™ Some days, everything says no! Gm Gladiators!
