Bee12🐝❤️

I'm so honoured and grateful to BEE a mentor/coach/supportive ear...on @PursuingImpact's team🙏 thank you for your belief in my abilities and for giving me the space to do what I love...support others❤️ The $GYM is about wellness, mental and physical strength to help us be the best we can possibly be: Life is full of stressors, and it's so easy to feel like you're navigating it alone. Having a sense of support, whether through mentorship or simply a shared understanding, can make a world of difference. Sometimes, all we need is to be seen and heard, and for someone to offer a little guidance or perspective. Together, we can figure things out, make sense of overwhelm, calm times of anxiety, anchor ourselves in the present moment together, so that you feel safe, held, heard. Sessions will be 1:1. They will be tip based. Each session will be between 10-20 minutes. Offering guided relaxation, mindfulness discussions, grounding techniques, or just the space to speak out loud on how you are feeling - all of these can provide a release. Please see attached post for more details ❤️

Good morning gladiators 🔥 Friday musings ✨️ 💎 It's easy to focus on what remains unfinished 🌟 We have realised that there will almost always be something left on the list to do 💎 Reflection invites us to look beyond what remains undone & consider what was moved forward, even in the tiniest of ways 🤝 Things to consider: Did I invest in my health? Did I show up for people I care about? Did I make progress on work that matters? Did I create space for gratitude, rest, learning, & joy? Did my actions reflect what I value most? 🌟 A meaningful life is built through ordinary decisions made consistently over One choice, one act of care at a time 🤝 Have a fantastic Friday🫶 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ @monteegeez @vit_rene2502 @red_frog_lady @LadyRedPepe @McVersePilot @InterestedBrain @unclefunkdrew @_zubairabbasi @Nektarios555 @VucaCavu @KINGETH22 @NexusArtsNFTs @jacobsi58989463 @PursuingImpact
