if you're launching a coin and you want it to do well, there's a few things you should consider:
1). buy ALOT of supply out of the bonding curve (>50%)
"supply control" is a thing, but even without it you should do everything in your power to make sure that no sniper can pick up 10% of the supply for essentially zero risk
2). consider the meme
for whatever reason, avax natives have a terrible memetic track record. inside jokes do not make for good memes. nor do penis jokes. find topics that can grow beyond the prison walls of avax
3). line up supporters
it's a lot easier to run something up if "the right people" are in it. get KOLs in too early and they will rape your chart. get them in too late and they simply won't participate.
