Nearly all my gains in crypto, both financially and socially, have been as a result of 2 things. 1) First and foremost is my recovery program. Making the decision to go to rehab, put away the drinking and drugging and work on myself more than 5 years ago was the best decision I've ever made. Everything else that's fallen into place since then is because I have a framework for living that guides me to something greater than myself. 2) The second thing is The Arena. I never imagined ever finding a community in crypto that I would become close friends with and trust. It's provided such great meaningful friendships. It has also given me financial opportunities that I would never known about otherwise, whether that's presales, learning about defi and access to information from trusted people. I've been very lucky and fortunate to have some capital to make big bets that have paid off more than I could have ever imagined. I'm not wealthy by any means compared to many others and I don't have the ego to even pretend that I could have done this alone. I hope to continue to keep investing in this ecosystem of The Arena that I really love.
