getting the various accounts set up is worth the moments it takes to know when the accountant gives you your tax bill you cut the cheque. but taking that profit... man knowing from the get-go that you're profitable.. yeah love me some profit first.
Pairing that with the 12-week year really looking to make the upcoming year be a record-breaker for my family.

It’s been a hectic week already. Sure didn’t feel like cooking so
Steak night last night but the restaurant hasn’t had my Scotch since June says it’s too slow so owners holding off… steak was good even if my prawns didn’t come out with it
Wing Wednesday today. Making up for last night but just sipping a Guinness with the hot wings.
tomorrow will be a cooking day at home. May be time for more chicken and or bacon.

Joyful discovery on the way home from Driving my aunt. I’d seen the signs for it but having the kids with me Previously I just drove straight to and from Home. Being solo this was… relaxing to find.

On bus sure. It’s a 20 minute drive.
This aged So well somehow it didn’t post yesterday and I just finished half of a 4 hour round trip to drop her off.

I keep some paper bags handy and arm extender / reachers in the car I can always pick up that one item that all too frequently is within 5 feet of a receptacle for it anyway.

I keep thinking about the African child.
There’s so much talent here. So many ideas, stories, artists, builders and young people with incredible things inside them.
Sometimes I wonder what the world would look like if they had more opportunities to express those things and actually build something around them.

Kids will surprise you endlessly.
They’ve got a friend over for a visit while they’re with me. I’m trying to do my own thing and throw on some music… Michael Jackson night and all 3 of them start dancing grooving right along.
40 years on and they like it better than the new junk.

Having just watched movies from the Alien series it’s always jarring seeing headlines related to AI and the hack and now apparently they’ll buy out the target of the hack…
Don’t these guys think this through I swear skynet is around the corner. Close enough with the formula 1 coverage guys
