GM.
I want to take a moment to address the Snowball launch directly. I appreciate everyone who’s taken the time to read this.
The launch did not go as intended.
Following the success of BREAD, the original plan was to structure Snowball in a similar way, allowing loyal whitelist participants to secure meaningful allocations during the WL phase. Instead, I chose to experiment with a new V2 feature, setting participation at 0.15% with limits per transaction.
In hindsight, this decision was a mistake.
The outcome meant that many whitelist participants were only able to purchase very small allocations, which understandably felt frustrating, especially for those who waited months for their WL spot. For that, I take full responsibility and offer a sincere apology.
When significant time, effort, and resources go into building something and it deviates from the plan, poor decisions can follow in the heat of the moment. The most serious of these was selling a portion of the dev supply early in the launch around 30k MC.
I want to be transparent about what happened next.
The proceeds from that sale were immediately returned to the chart. No personal profit was taken. The dev wallet still holds a substantial portion of the total supply, and my personal allocation remains untouched, all of which is verifiable on chain.
I’m aware that terms like “rug” and “scam” have been used. While everyone is entitled to their own view, I want to clearly distinguish between malicious intent and a launch that failed due to poor execution. This was not a case of value extraction.
For additional context, there have been past moments where I could have exited positions for significant profit and chose not to. My actions historically, including holding, supporting liquidity, and distributing tokens back into the community, reflect a long term approach rather than short term extraction.
I would not knowingly risk my reputation or the trust of this community for a small financial gain.
This space carries real risk. There are no guarantees, and when things go wrong, the consequences are real, especially for those who lose money. To everyone affected, I am genuinely sorry.
Snowball will continue to operate as a project, and I believe there is still meaningful upside ahead.
As for
$BREAD, one of ARENA’s first paired tokens, I remain very confident in its long term trajectory and believe it can return there and push beyond its ATH.
Thank you to everyone who has raised concerns constructively and taken the time to understand the full picture.
I know trust isn’t rebuilt with words alone,it’s rebuilt through consistent actions.
That’s where my focus remains.
Long live the Arena ⚔️
