It should come as no surprise that @TangerineRWA has made a strategic investment in @Thought_THT. As many are aware, Tangerine's business model includes an investment strategy that speculates on income producing real estate and @LabNinety1 assets simultaneously. Although $wTHT is not a direct asset within the LabNinety1 eco, it's been clear for years that the Lab has "hitched its wagon," so to speak, to the A(G)I technology that ThoughtAI continues to develop.  The AI vertical in development by LabNinety1 will utilize the technology to further expand the overall AI presence on @avax. Furthermore, management of RWA and digital assets by Tangerine will integrate ThoughtAI's technology into their management systems.  This means that the investment is more than simply a financial transaction or decision.  It's much bigger than that, and an obvious benefit for both Tangerine and ThoughtAI - Tangerine benefits from the access to first mover, patented technology, and ThoughtAI benefits from acquiring a partner with a high-value real world use case. Beyond this, Tangerine understands that in the coming months, ARC-AGI-2 Benchmark is likely to demonstrate how the novel technology developed by ThoughtAI changes some things about the AI race. Very simply put, this partnership and strategic investment is quite exciting for those looking forward to seeing AI growth and integration on Avalanche.

People wondered why we vested the airdrop over 12 months. PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT FATE is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached for a major partnership with @TangerineRWA , a Wyoming corporation. As you may be aware, many projects have requested to participate in the partnership allocations, and those are being processed currently. However, the agreement between TangerineRWA and FATE will result in the largest allocation of $FATE to date. As a project founder, I am responsible to ensure that these larger allocations are evaluated with care. That I am a shareholder in TangerineRWA does not and should not create a favorable view, but rather an even more transparent and objective one. In order for this to work, it must benefit both sides. And it does. TangerineRWA will commit to 1,110 Avax (10 Large allocations-- 69 Avax each-- and 10 Small allocations-- 42 Avax each). Beyond FATE granting these pre-sale allocations, and TangerineRWA providing payment, the agreement extends beyond this, or I would not have approved such a number. Continued support from TangerineRWA has been established as the path forward, including strategically timed acquisitions post launch. In other words, their commitment to the @LabNinety1 ecosystem is clear. Both $FLD and $FATE will be the primary digital assets under management as they move forward. And currently, they hold none. FATE holders will benefit from this support, and TangerineRWA will benefit from a stronger community. Both sides win. Some of the details regarding this partnership shall remain quiet, as is common practice with any corporation. But the transparency will be visible on chain.

Things are getting spicy for the @LabNinety1 $FLD ecosystem. PASS OTC marketplace going live imminently, which will be a huge boost to the $AVAX and $ARENA ecosystems, allowing whales and holders from EVERY token on @avax to take profit or exit a position without touching the chart and without a middleman. Fees from PASS go directly to LEVEL, putting buy pressure on $FLD and further bolstering its LP. Timing is perfect with @TheArenaApp launching its token launcher and DEX this week. PASS is about to change the game. @TangerineRWA, a real world company in Wyoming, is doing a low 8 figure raise where it will hold Real Estate, $FLD, and $USDC in a 1:1:1 ratio. This means major buy pressure for FLD is on the way, as well as further bolstering of its LP. @FATEonchain is launching soon, a token built to utilize and show off the utility of PASS and the power of the community when it works together. $FATE will also utilize @LabNinety1’s LP staking to earn rewards.
