🟢 PoS Activation complete on PLYR L1
@OnPlyr has successfully integrated with the Suzaku protocol, marking the beginning of its progressive decentralization journey.
The first 2 Proof-of-Stake validators have started securing the network today!
Here's how it works:
Before the PoS activation, PLYR was solely secured by 5 Proof-of-Authority validators centralized on @AvaCloud
By integrating with Suzaku and our BalancerValidatorManager, PLYR now has both PoA and PoS validators, and will slowly increase its reliance on PoS as it grows 🚀
Staking happens through $sPLYR, the liquid staking token of PLYR
Once staked, $PLYR tokens are delegated to operators, who in turn run validators for the network. The first PoS operator of PLYR L1 is @ash_avax, who will run up to 5 validators!
Stake at https://staking.plyr.network/
When they are ready, the PLYR team will onboard new operators to the network through $sPLYR delegations!

After over a year of intense R&D, we are pleased to announce the imminent deployment of the Suzaku core protocol to mainnet later this month and the integration of the first two Avalanche L1s, along with the emission of the first two L1 LSTs of the ecosystem!
@dexalot, the leading omni-chain CLOB L1, and @OnPlyr, a Web3 gaming powerhouse L1, will leverage the Suzaku protocol to kick off their decentralization journey, enabling their community to participate in securing their chains through liquid staking.
