The Arena has been through a lot and the challenge was making sure the pace of development matched expectations.
With this, we failed, and we apologize.
However, in order to rectify this, we've completed our transition to a legal entity allowing us to expand our in-house tech team following the exploit.
We increased our capacities by reintegrating theBuilder
@hannesxda fully into our tech operations.
Together with the expertise of
@0xlocrian who is moving into an advisory position and has been vital for our transition post-exploit, we are ready to show a different pace of developments on the platform.
We just onboarded 1x front-end and 1x back-end dev to join the in-house tech team to scale up our ability to ship product updates.
Our immediate priority for the arena is mitigating the bots in an efficient way and enabling faster user moderation with the implementation of a block button.
We've compiled a list of 15 UI requests from the community that our team will execute in the next weeks.
We understand how important it is that the Arena improves its platform quickly and we're fully committed to delivering on that.
