For decades, making markets was a privilege and reserved for trading desks, funds, and institutions with the infrastructure to do it. Everyone else stood on the other side of the spread, paying it and trading was the only option for majority. Balcore exists to flip that: retail holders, DAOs, treasuries, institutions anyone should be able to make markets on decentralized exchanges and earn the fees for providing that service. And we're tackling the single biggest roadblock that kept participants out from market making on Defi: impermanent loss. Balcore's engine is designed to neutralize IL and covering it with the fees the position earns, so onboarding into market making is seamless instead of intimidating. The timing is not an accident, either. Trillions of dollars in assets are in the pipeline to be tokenized including stocks, bonds, gold, metals, real estate, funds. Every one of those assets, the moment it comes on-chain, needs the same thing: liquidity. And every pool of liquidity needs a market maker behind it. That's the wave we're preparing for. We just shipped light mode for the @Balcore_AI dashboard. Confession first: I am a dark mode person, through and through. Dark is where I live every chart, every late-night session. It's also the Balcore brand: the terminal feel, the precision-instrument look. If it were up to my personal taste alone, there would only ever be one theme. But that's exactly the point. Somewhere along the way, every founder has to learn this: your favorite is not the absolute. A preference is an input, not a spec. Plenty of people do their sharpest thinking on a bright screen in a bright room, and for some it's not a preference at all and it's what their eyes need. So light mode isn't a filter slapped on top. It's a full theme with every surface, color, and shadow re-tuned, contrast tested so every number stays readable, one click in the dashboard, and it remembers your choice. Dark remains the default, because that's who we are. But light is a first-class citizen. Small feature, bigger principle: you don't build the product for the operator you are.
